Block pickup / delivery dates only for specific category

Hi, I am working on a client website, and has a pro version as well. License is purchased.

I have few products for mothers day, and I want to block pickup / delivery dates after mother day on specific category / products.

Currently I can only see global option of delivery / pickup until…

Can you confirm if there’s any option of blocking date for specific categories?
