Block out certain days (e.g. public holidays)

  • Is there a way to block out certain days in the calendar? My service is normally open Mon-Fri 9:00-17:00 and I would like to block out one day when the service is unavailable (say 2016-08-17).

    I tried to create a new connection for my service with the following settings:

    Days of week: Mon-Fri
    Time: 9:00-17:00
    Date: 2016-08-17 to 2016-08-17
    Is working: No

    But this day still appears in the calendar as available and new bookings can be made.

    I’ve got only one Location, Service and Worker.

    Is there anything I’m doing wrong?

    Hi NewSha,

    you need to have same amount of connections that is set to Not working in order to disable those time slots. Go to report overview table. There you can see free slots. One more thing I assume that you are using bootstrap version of form?
