It is possible, you can use the Today + offset date:

Today – Select this to have today’s date be used as the datepicker start or end date. You can also offset from today’s date any number of days, months or years, forward or backward.

Thank you for your help now the customers will have to schedule 48 hours in advance which is what I wanted. Now I was wondering if you can limit the amount of bookings within a day. For example if a customer books a car detail in the morning and a another customer goes to the website about 20 minutes after the original customer booked for that day is there anyway to show that new customer they will have to book the next available day so you would only take one booking a day.

The Forminator plugin is limited when it comes to the calendar feature as the main task of the plugin is contact form not booking, we do have plans to create some improved features but we don’t have an estimated time yet.
