    Hi,

    We’re having an issue where blocks created with UAG cannot be viewed on the front end, though they’re visible on the back end. For instance, under Popular Pests in North Brisbane there should be illustrations that are not visible on the front end of the site, though they can be viewed and edited in the wp-admin panel. Do you know why this might be happening? If you need WP login credentials for the site let me know and I can provide these.

    Thanks!

  • I’m having what I believe is the same issue. There seems to be something wrong with the css-generation. The first time I add a UAG-block to a page the front end looks good. If I do a page update, the front end css vanishes.

    Temporary fix;
    If i delete the the generated css-file in /wp-content/uploads/uag-plugin/ this seems to force UAG to regenerate the css and frontend again looks good.

    Please add this to your todo-list. Otherwise the plugin is awesome. ??

    @djahr Thanks so much for replying to this!! What file specifically did you delete in the /uag-plugin folder? I’ve played around with deleting each of the CSS files in there and it hasn’t solved the issue for me.

    To the plugin devs, please respond to this as it’s affecting the use of my client’s site.

    Thanks!

    Also, for the plugin developers, often when I try to convert a UAG reusable block to a regular block the page freezes up and my browser no longer responds. Let me know if you have a solution for this as well.

    Thanks!

    Hello @girlgold and @djahr ,

    Can you please open a ticket with us from here so that we can debug the cause?

    Looking forward to hearing from you.
