Block not being styled, overlapping content

1) The block which contains the title Game does not have it’s title styled as the others do. I’m wondering why this is. content and style sheet are both valid, all tags are closed, relevant tags included. I must have missed something.

2) I won’t, but it may happen by accident that the contentwill be bigger than the actual float containing it – I’ve noticed that instead of expanding the box, the float remains as is, with only the content expanding, and this causes the text to bleed outside of the box and overlap on to others. How can I change this so that the block containing the content extends itself, a long with the rest of the boxses so it remains proportion. Problem 1) is the main thing, problem 2 is a secondary problem until it really causes issues.
