    Hello,

    I want to activate the Block non-paying users function,
    but it is indicated that The order status should be marked as Completed .
    So this means that the user will be blocked even if the order status is Processing ?
    In my store there are virtual products for which the order status is marked completed after payment, but there are physical products for which the order status is marked processing, and it takes about 1 week to ship the product .
    So I don’t want to block users who have paid and their order is being processed, I want to block only those who haven’t paid.
    How can I do ?

    Thanks for reaching out.

    In this case, you can try enabling the Paying customers option under the General section. This will allow you to verify customers as long as any of their non-free orders have a status of processing or completed.

    Please give it try. Let us know if it doesn’t help.
