    Hi @mpavese,

There are some fields in Wordfence that can be comma-separated but “Referrer” in the Wordfence > Firewall > Blocking page isn’t one of them.

We allow wildcards, but not and or?or?operators. You would need to create multiple block records to block different referrer strings.

    Thanks,
    Peter.

Hi Peter. Thanks for your Feedback. I have this actual referrer spamer list:

    news.grets.store, info.seders.website, game.fertuk.site, garold.dertus.site, kar.razas.site, ofer.bartikus.site, trast.mantero.online, evepla.com

You say, wordfence needs for each referrer a custom pattern. Uff, ok…
But just to write it correctly – How do i have to type a concrete subdomain referrer and a tld Referrer. Can you write me this to examples?

    sub.referrer.com —> *sub.referrer.com* ???
    https://www.referrer.com —> *.referrer.com* ???

    Thanks Massimo

    Hi Massimo,
It seems that the traffic from news.grets.store doesn’t reach the website (don’t ask me why) – so blocking it on the server side is useless.

    See the thread here:

    Hey Clement.

Yes – that’s correct, but on the analytics side I wanted to remove the spammers from my traffic numbers. As a precaution, I blocked the spammer domains via ht.access… . here is a guide to blocking GA4.
