Block Long URLS prevents Facebook Login Authorizing

  • Hello.

    I am using your plugn on my site with no problems until I installed a WooCommerce extension called WooCommerce Social Login. It is working well and I have setup and tested Twitter and Google with no problems, however, for Facebook, I have it setup but customers can not authorize the callback because it is considered a long URL, which it is.

    I was wondering if you could enable some kind of exception feature to allow such site features to work.

    Maybe detect the referral of the URL from Facebook before blocking the customer. Let me know if this is possible. I will have to disable login with Facebook for now.

    No, just deactivate the “block long url” feature if you can’t use it. This is not the main feature that will protect you. Different features for different cases.
    And the referer can be spoofed.
