Block login and registration

  • Good morning, today I was trying to access from a smartphone and I saw that I was stuck even if I’m an administrator. I had not verified the site outside of my network. Many users report to me that they can not register for continuous blocks. How can I solve?

    Hi! I think you have the .php extension in your Custom login URL. If so that’s the cause.

    no I did not enter the extension. I saw that I had activated the white list, could this be the cause?

    No it’s not. You need to check the Activity tab to understand what’s wrong.
