I have added the following to the Block List under URL Shortening Services List and the Blocked TLDs list.
    zomail.ru
    yandex.com
    mail.ru
    course-fitness.com
    mulars.ru
    rambler.ru
    interia.pl

    TLDs:
    .ru
    .pl

I am still getting spam registrations from those. Any idea why its not actually blocking?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • I’m not entirely sure that the URL Shortening bit will work, although it’s a creative use of the feature and theoretically, I don’t see why it wouldn’t work at a glance.

For the TLDs though, this should definitely be working. To clarify, you’re still seeing these attempts in the logs and requests in the Allow List Requests (normal), or they’re actually getting all the way through, and fully registering?

Thanks for the prompt reply. I can confirm they are getting completely through.
[email protected], [email protected] are the two that made it completely through today. Showing under Users already as if registration is complete.

Still having this issue. I literally have @mail.ru blocked but get countless sign ups a day. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Apologies for the delayed response. I didn’t receive any email notifications until just now.

Remove mail-pop3.com from the blocked TLDs section. This section can only accept domain extensions like .com, but not a full domain.com name.

Will do, and thanks, but that still doesn’t solve my problem. The ones listed above are still blocked, and Im still receiving daily sign ups.

    Thanks!
