Hi, I have a main website on my Bluehost shared hosting account and several Addon webites. All have WordPress (free) installed.

My main website shows the hacking attempts for all of the addon websites in the Wordfence Tools area. If I block an ISP in this list do I also have to block it in the addon website too.

Probably I don’t, but I’ll like to make sure.

    Thanks.

    Hi @studiolangford

It sounds like the addon domain sites are incorrectly running under the firewall of the primary domain site so you will need to optimize the Wordfence firewall on all of the addon domain sites so that they run under their own firewall.

For blocking any IP addresses, that has to be done in all instances of Wordfence.

Thanks. I have now optimised the firewalls of my addon websites and main website on my shared hosting account.

Will the blocked login attempts of the addon sites still appear in the WordFence Live Traffic my main website?

    Hi @studiolangford

    Thank you for the update.

Lockouts on addon domain sites should not appear in the Live Traffic page on the primary site.
