Block gone, now page with form cannot be opened in editor

Apparently there is no Caldera Forms block anymore. No problem, we can use the shortcode.
However, I have sites that have forms on them that were placed there using the block… and now these pages cannot be opened anymore.
When I try to open a page with a CF block on it, I get this error:
The editor has encountered an unexpected error.
Then i can Attempt recovery (not working) or copy the content and create a new page…
The pages still work, just cannot be edited.
Any idea how this can be solved?
