block existing subscribers?

    Hi Donna,

    If a user has already subscribed to your list via MailMunch form they wont be able to see any other popover form from you unless they clear their browser cache or open your page in an incognito window.

    All MailMunch popover forms share a same cookie which determines if a user is a subscriber already or not.

    Hi Liz,

    Thanks so much! So if they are pre-existing, did not sign up through the MailMunch form, then they will see and have to close the pop up window?

    Donna,

    That is correct. If they close the form then it will be displayed to them after after the number of days set in the Frequency have passed. This setting can be found in the Behavior phase.

    If they subscribe again the entry will simply be updated and the form wont be displayed to them again.
