Block Editor Ruined Theme Functions

  • I realize that I can toggle between the classic editor and the new block editor; however, with the block editor disabled, my theme no longer works the way it did. My homepage content has been completely erased because of this and it turns out that my last site backup failed, so I have no way to fully restore my website to the way it was before the editor switch.

    Can anybody advise how to fix my theme functionality?
