block editor not working

Thank you for getting back so quickly. Unfortunately, even if I installed the plugin you sent, nothing changed.
Hopefully there is another way.
Also, I am having difficulty selecting the block that I want to make change. Hope you could help me in that problem as well.

OK, remove that plugin. Are you using the Gutenberg plugin or just the core block editor?

I think I am using the Gutenberg plugin.

Let’s see if it’s a new feature — disable the Gutenberg plugin. Does it make a difference? In fact, This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

I have done what you suggested, and the result was the same.
Would this have anything to do with the WordPress installment?
Although, this only happened after the updates that were made recently.

as you can see, the info box is selected within the advanced column to be moved but can’t.

Also, regarding of disabling all the plugins and using the default themes, I have already tried and did not change anything.
