Block Editor

    After updating to WordPress 5.3:
    Any time I try to edit text inside an existing or new block, the screen automatically scrolls to the top of the page.
    Any key strokes will cause this.
    Disabled all plugins, cleared browser and site cache. No help.
    I have downloaded the Classic Editor plugin as a work around. The Classic Editor is working.
