Block Edit option showing up even on post types where Gutenberg is disabled

    A small thing, but it really bothers me. So I have the option Display Edit Links enabled (Display “Add New (Classic)” menu link and Classic/Block edit links). I want these links to show up where I have Gutenberg enabled.

    However, for post types where Gutenberg and the Rest API are completely disabled, those links still show up. It’s really unnecessary and is just distracting. Is there a way to remove those links?
