Block course on completion not working

  • Students can still access paid courses after completion even though I have selected

    >> Block course: Block of course when finished course. <<

    This is a serious issue as students pay for the course and then have endless access to it, which is not what “block when finished” means. I have seen other support requests for this issue, but no resolution.
    Is there any awareness of this problem? Is there any fix?

    Thank you for your reply. No, we don’t have any previews. It is only 2 courses with about 25 lessons in each course. Everything else runs well, but it is important that students access is removed after the time allowed per course (4 weeks).

    Just want to give some feedback. The block course after finishing is working. I think I may have been testing as wp administrator account and not subscriber account. When I tested as a subscriber, it worked. Apologies for the confusion. Hopefully others experiencing this will be assisted by my experience.
