Block Countries, Reverts Back

  • When I block countries and save what I’ve done, upon refreshing the settings page, it reverts back as though I did not save any settings at all. No countries I added are there, nothing I selected is selected. It’s all gone as though it is my first time visiting the settings page. Tried 5 times, selecting the save button each time, ensuring it indicates at the top that it is saved, then I refresh the settings page. Gone. Nothing. No countries showing as added to the block list.

    Please try to save your country one by one. Maybe one of your rule is having issue.
    Also, try to check your server log for any possible errors.

    Saved one only. It reverted as though I did nothing.

    Your settings looks good.

    Can you enable the debug log and send us the debug log after you done some testing?

    The debug.log will be generated under your IP2Location plugin directory.

    LOL. This is crazy. I checked “debugging logs”, hit save changes, then refreshed and it looked fine for a minute. I selected the Frontend tab, then decided to go back to the settings tab, just to see if the same thing happens with that tab. Same thing!! Debugging logs was unchecked, as though I didn’t check and save it!

    The latest WordPress upgrade seems to have resolved this issue. If it recurs, I will let you know.
