Block bookings from a specific hour

  • Hello,
    My restaurant is open from 12 to 1:30pm and from 7 to 9:30pm.
    I would like to block the reservations from 11:30 am for lunch and from 5pm for dinner.
    I use the free version for now, and I can’t do that. Is it possible to do that with the premium version ?

    Hi Laurie,

    To do this, you will need to create multiple scheduling rules. One scheduling rule for 12PM to 1:30PM and another scheduling rule for 7PM to 9:30PM.

    With that setup, your guests won’t be able to make reservations for 11:30AM or 5PM.

    I already did this. What I want to do is :
    – from 11:30 am it is impossible to make a reservation for lunch on the same day (12pm to 1:30pm)
    – from 5 pm, it is impossible to make a reservation for dinner on the same day (from 7 pm to 9:30pm)

    Can I do that ?

    Hi Laurie,

    Thank you for the clarification. There is no option to block reservations starting at a specific time. You can use the Late Bookings option to, for example, not allow bookings within 1 hour or 4 hours of the scheduled time. That should get you close to what you are explaining.
