Blessed and Impressed

My site went down and the first rep to assist me at Wordfence walked me all the way through the issue, even over multiple days. I’m a novice, at best, and the amount of patience with both my lack of skill and my limited availability to even do and respond to the things I was being offered as solutions meant a lot to me since I don’t work with my website full-time. Everything got fixed, I learned how in the world to do something using FTP, and I feel they have my back when I get in over my head.
