    After well testing the Demo, I have purchased PubNews Pro license from Blaze themes. With the following problem comes zero responds from Blaze themes.

    When pressing the ‘customize button’ there’s only shown ‘widgets’ (not the whole list of options as normally), but aren’t working. This is for every page the same, customize button isn’t working.

    It works fine with the Demo version, with other templates, only not with the just purchased PubNews. What I have tried to solve the matter?
    – Deleted and re-install the template
    – Deleted all other templates
    – Deleted all plugins
    – Likely more what’s forgotten

    I can’t continue my planned work and Blaze themes aren’t reacting at all to my request for support.

    I would appreciate if somebody can share the answer/solution for this matter.

    Looking at your issue I think we have already responded you in an email just after 2 hours of your support email is received. Could you check your spam folder ?

    And, about above issue I suspect it may be due to the plugin conflicts. Have you activated the Classic Editor plugin ? if yes could you try deactivating the plugin and see if the customizer issue still exists?
