I’m noticing that when emails are sent through the nifty subscribe feature, the image at the top of of the email is a “blavatar” specific to the editor or admin who made the post in question. If we are using a self-hosted blog, how do we set that image to be the blog’s logo, since the admin is managing multiple blogs?

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

This image is the post author’s Gravatar image. If you want this image to be the blog’s logo, I would suggest that you publish your posts from an account using a specific email address, using the blog’s logo as a Gravatar.

Email services like Gmail allow you to create email aliases, so you don’t actually have to create a new email address for each blog: if your email address is [email protected], you can publish your posts from an account using [email protected] as account email address.

Then, head over to Gravatar’s email management page to add that email alias to your account, and start using a specific image:

Great advice Jeremey. I’ll play with that. Many thanks!
