blanksslate theme plugin problems

Hey,
I use your theme and I really like it. But there is a problem with a few plugins I think. For example rt-media. Some Javascript functions doesn’t seem to work with this one and so some buttons neither work. The same thing for the simple-chat plugin. Everything works fine with the standard theme.
Can you help me fixing this problem? Thank you.
