Blanks to show thumbnails of Albums in NextGen.

Some sites use NextGen, are OK, but in two sites, the main problems (IMAGES). Page displays only contains the command line:
[album id = 1 template = compact]Problem is the space between a thumbnail and another.
I have created another page with the command line and it did not work.

NextGen installed version 1.9.12, WordPress: Version: 3.5.1.
