Blank wp-comments-post.php page after submitting comment (v1.5.2)

  • After installing WordPress using Fantastico, it looks this things are fairly well configured… until I try to add a comment to the default Hello world! post.

    (Side note: is it ‘normal’ for the Hello world! post to be dated December 31st, 1969?)

    After clicking “Submit Comment” I am left on a blank page (wp-comments-post.php).

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    WordPress version: 1.5.2

    Never mind…

    I found a line of code in the .htaccess file one folder level above the WordPress install that is causing the issue (not a WordPress issue).

    Hi,

    I started seeing this on my blog all of a sudden as well but intermittent. I am using WordPress 2.0 by the way.

    May I know which line of code in .htaccess is the culprit??
