Blank WordPress Login Page

I am just a beginner at wordpress. Today I updated a couple of stuff (plugins and themes) and 2 hours later, I am unable to login to my page anymore. Help! What should I do? I contacted Hostgator (my host) and they told me to contact WordPress. I’ve deleted whatever folders which I see being modified today but it still doesn’t work. I have just created a lot of pages today and I don’t wish to lose them. ??
