Blank white screen when trying to access Templates

Hello all. I am trying to use the Envato Elements plug in on a site I am building and have used it many times before with no issue. However now when I click on the green leaf thing inside Elementor to access the Templates or blocks the whole screen just goes white. I really need this to work. Any ideas? Thank you!
