blank white page adm in after log in

I was working on my blog, spam stuff and images, and I think I must have done something wrong with the Google analytic install. but I am not sure as I logged out alright. When I logged in again with username and password all I get is a blank page. I am not an experienced self hosted so I asked my host but it was a bit out of their support..
