Blank website/available admin

I have scoured the forums and tried all of the following:
Deactivate all plugins
Use default theme
Delete root .htaccess file
Add debug to config file
Re-install wordpress (except for content directory and config)
I am now sitting on a basic setup and still…no website to view.
Any other ideas?
