Blank Website – Database Problem

Hi! The wp-config file of my site was accidentally deleted while I was checking for malicious files via Wordfence Security. So I re-installed it by re-uploading a new wp-config file.
My problem is I am now getting a blank website (www.dzar1026.com).
When I try to login via /wp-admin… I am always redirected to this url which also shows a blank page:
https://www.dzar1026.com/?page_id=2/wp-admin/upgrade.php?_wp_http_referer=%2Fwp-admin%2F
Can someone tell me what possibly went wrong? Thanks!
