Hey,

A couple of questions to help narrow this down:

1. Can you try turning the form into a multi-page form (if it isnt already), then see if the uploaded file is available in the list field after navigating away and back to the page?
2. Does this only happen with images? Or does it happen with other files, e.g. a word document.
3. Can you try using the demo form (there is an email option at the bottom) to see if the same thing happens on the demo website
4. Can you check the ‘entries’ section in the Gravity Forms backend. Does it list the files uploaded? If it’s an image, is the image displaying?
5. are you able to check the upload directory on your server to see that the file has in fact uploaded?

Thanks, hopefully this will help work out what’s going on.

Sorry, I should have included more detail in the original post.

The images are showing up when I check the entries section. The markup for that table cell in the email is just
