blank username login

The CleanTalk log on my site shows a couple of blank username logins (see below). I did add them to the blacklist, but I am concerned there is a security hole somewhere – any advice? THe last entry was an admin login attempt that failed, I included it to show that the username is missing from the first two.
Wordpress 4.9.5, all plugins up to date except one that I need to replace (Advanced Post Slider)
