blank startpage after sitemap-plugin activation

    After activating Arnes sitemap-plugin the main site (wp 2.0.7) goes blank, deactivating it (thankfully wp-admin stil works), it will be shown again. Nothing in the httpd error log. This happens with the latest beta, but also with the latest stable version. The sitemap will be generated correctly. Any ideas where to look?

  • You might check with your host to see what PHP is at for Max Mem. The default is often 8MB and it may need to be raised a bit.

    Uuhm, the plugin should never do something when the main page is requested, only if you post something or click on rebuild at the admin page. Whats the last modified date of your sitemap file? A main page which uses more than 8MB memory sounds a bit scary…
