• Hello wordpressers

I’ve got a blank rectangle sitting in the middle of my front page blog, obscuring copy. I suspect it’s leftover code from a previous article which had a youtube link in it, which I deleted.

Can anyone tell me how I hunt down the stray code please (if it is that) and how I fix it. Code may be poetry but it occurs to me more like a field of landmines, so please reply in amateur language.

Thank you very much for any help, here’s the link

if you wouldn’t mind – how do I access where the code is written, so that I can strip out the ‘div’
    best, C

    I would look in wp-content\themes\yuor_theme
and look for that div in index.php, should be at the bottom of it.

It’s the div that contains the menu at the bottom of your page, so you probably don’t want to remove it but fix it.

If you want and can provide me the theme’s files I can try to fix it for you, look into my profile here on www.remarpro.com ang go to my website, there’s a contact form you can use to send me the files.
