Blank space replaced by text [replace me]

    Dear Developer,

    First of all Thanks for creating such a beautiful plugin. I was literally trying to find it and found what I was expecting in your plugin.

    I have used your plugin and while testing it I found that in few placed blank space is replaced by a text [replace me]. I have checked the text and I have correctly updated [blank] but in the front end it is showing [replace me] for few blank spaces.

    Your help on this is highly appreciated.

    Hi,
    I’m trying to reproduce this but not having much luck.
    Could you let me know if this is a [QTL-Question id=1] shortcope (single question) or [QTL-Quiz id=1] shortcode (entire quiz).

    Could you send me a copy of the question you’re adding? i.e. copy and paste the paragraph.

    I am using below Text

    “Below is a text with blanks. Select the appropriate answer choice for each blank.

    Today’s reality shows often [blank](invent/design/create/generate) new stars. Normal people have become celebrities simply for taking part in Survivor or Big Brother. In other cases, [blank] (usual/routine/daily/everyday) citizens have become celebrities for ridiculous things that they do. In the past years celebrities have started to [blank] (manage/ use/practice/work) social media networking sites like Twitter and Facebook. Such services allow them to [blank](communicate/join/correspond/bond) directly with their fans without having to [blank](deny/believe/rely/trust) on the media to promote their stories. In the eyes of their fans, social media makes celebrities more human and down-to-earth people.”

    I was able to identify one issue here. This issue is coming only if I am including a heading “Below is a text with blanks. Select the appropriate answer choice for each blank.”

    If I remove my heading then I am not getting this issue.
