Blank space but no Advert

  • It would appear I have everything setup appropriately after running the ‘manage ads’ button on adsense, I select a spot within the footer, once saved a space is definitely there but no ads or even a coloured blank space. Just an invisible space where the ad should be, but I have selected the ads in my adsense page to show a colour if blank
    I’m new to wordpress so I have no idea of it’s limitations or why, I’m using the “Vantage” theme to which I get the impression is the cause, but some have claimed to get it to work in Vantage.
    Any information or explaination of why it may not work would be appreciated

  • Is your Adsense account fully verified? How long have you left the plugin running? It took around 2 and a half days before mine started working.

    I’m still waiting. I don’t think there is much else I can do but wait. I haven’t received any messages regarding it or anything. It works fine for my YouTube video’s but that was easy.
