Blank space below comments and iframe does not resize.

It appears that your theme is adding some extra margin around each container, thus adding empty space above the container situated right below the comment form:

You can customize the look of that container, as well as every other element on your site, thanks to CSS. You can add that CSS to your theme stylesheet, or to your custom CSS editor available under Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS in your dashboard.
