blank space above Youtube Video

    hi,

    when clicking on the placeholder to accept the marketing cookies a big white space is created above the video and the video itself jumps below this space.
    I have not come across a solution in the forum yet.
    Can you help me out?

    Hi @cschallo,

    I’ve configured an environment with the ColorMag theme and was able to reproduce this behavior. Could you attempt the below steps to resolve the issue?

    Navigate to Complianz > Integrations > Script Center > “Block a script, iFrame or plugin”, and use the below configuration:

    Name: fitvids (can be anything, I’d recommend using something easily recognizable)
    URLs that should be blocked prior to consent: fitvids
    Category: Marketing
    Enable placeholder: Yes
    The blocked content is an iFrame: Yes
    Enable Dependency: No

    hi Jarno,

    I have tried this and it didn’t work. I also know now why:
    I noticed that you based this script blocking upon a iframe and what I used on the page was just an embed code for this YouTube video.
    Anyway..I am using an iframe now instead of the embed code and this seems to do the trick even without the “script blocking”.
    But thank you! Without your hint I wouldn’t have found the solution!
