    Hi,

    My sitemap is not generating, it comes up with a blank page in chrome and gets the following error on Firefox

    “Error loading stylesheet: Parsing an XSLT stylesheet failed.”

    I checked error log and it has the follow error

    PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function get_contents() on null in /plugins/wordpress-seo/inc/sitemaps/class-sitemaps.php:440

    Could you please help to solve the issue?

  • I am having the same issue if i try to access the sitemap with Chrome or Firefox.

    However, the sitemap shows when I use Internet Explorer 11

    This must be an XSD issue.

    Thank you for reaching out, we apologize for running into this issue.

    This is a bug that has been reported and is currently being forwarded to our development team for investigation. This bug will be fixed in an upcoming release. Please know that this is only a visual bug that prevents the sitemaps from being shown in the browser. Search engines look at the page source and not visually, so that is not affected.
