    Good morning, I am experiencing an issue on a WooCommerce + Wholesale Suite website.

    Only in the morning, the shop page appears empty, it doesn’t display any products but doesn’t indicate that there are no products; the page is simply white. The issue is resolved if one of the administrators accesses the WordPress dashboard.

    The website in question has wholesale products that are not yet published.

    Could the problem be caused by the Wholesale Suite plugin?

    Hi @isma94,

    Could you please go the Shop, Cart, and Checkout page then edit and resave them from the Admin side?

    I apologize, but I’m not clear on your comment, could you explain further?

    In the meantime, I have conducted several tests on a staging version, and the problem seems to be related to the wholesales plugin. If deactivated, the shop page appears correctly. As I mentioned, the issue only occurs in the morning before one of the administrators logs into WordPress. Now, I have performed the procedure WooCommerce > Settings > Wholesale Prices > Help, and clicked on the Re-Initialize Product Visibility Meta. Unfortunately, I will have to wait until tomorrow to see if this operation solves the problem. In the meantime, do you know if there is anything else I can do?

    I should specify that the site is built with the Astra theme, and I have not seen any reports of issues caused by this theme with the wholesales plugin, but if the problem reoccurs tomorrow, I will try changing the theme as well.

    I was referring to the page editor for the Shop/Cart/Checkout page. https://snipboard.io/40slro.jpg

    Just edit them and click Update without making any changes. It’ll clear the pages cache.
