    Hi,
I installed your Lite version, because I want to test it out before buying the real thing, but I already ran into issues.
When I create a new popup, everything works as intended. But as soon as I save it and exit the editing panel and then try to re-edit it, problems arise.
“Setup”, “Content”, and “Email Marketing” tab work as intended, but “Appearance”, “Display Rules”, and “Settings” are blank. There’s nothing there.
    Here’s a screenshot: https://snipboard.io/0PO4ae.jpg

I tried disabling and removing your plugin and then reinstalling it again. I tried disabling ALL other plugins and emptying cache. I tried updating WordPress. I tried different browsers. Nothing works.
If I create a new popup, the process repeats.

Effectively this means that I cannot change any rules after I already saved the popup.

    Any ideas?

    Hi @otterreviews,
if you check the browser console, do you see any javascript errors?

    Hi,
there are two errors, but they don’t seem JS-related, though I don’t know much about this topic.
    Here are screenshots:

I’m not comfortable giving my credentials yet again.

Could you, please, guide me to delete your plugin fully, so I can do a fresh install?
I noticed that when I remove it and then reinstall it my popups are saved, meaning that some part of the plugin remains in my files.
Maybe if I deleted it 100%, it would solve the problem.

    Hi @otterreviews,
sorry for the delay. To delete all data you need to go to WP Popups Settings -> Misc tab and check the box that says Delete all data on uninstall.

That will erase all data when the plugin is deactivated and deleted.
