Blank screen with only the wp header after installing and no Ids appearing

  • Hello,

    I’m attempting to create a new site on wamp.

    I followed every instructions and everything works well till I try to create the site (on the step 2) : when I click on the install button, the browser takes a very long time to open the next page which do not give me the user Id and password but only the wp header.

    When I go in my database, the tables have been created but are empty.

    If I try to log on my site with the password I used on the installation pannel, it says wrong password.

    When I try to create manually an admin account, it says that I have not the right to access to the control pannel.

    I also tried to change the memory limit in php.ini but does no work.

    Has anyone an idea ?
