Blank Screen When Viewing Ticket in Admin

    Hi, everything works great with this plugin until I click to view a ticket in the admin panel. I just get a white screen.

    I went through the disable each plugin routine and found that AG custom admin is casing he problem. I notice that was raised a while back in the forum but was wondering if there was a fix for it?

    I’ve fixed it in version 2.1, coming out later this evening. The solution for now, is that it disables the nicEditor, meaning you will only have a plan textarea input for ticket creation and replies. I am looking to replace nicEditor completely, so when that happens, this should restore WYSIWYG editing.
