Blank screen when attempting scan

    I’m having trouble getting the scanner to actually scan my site. When I click the “Run Complete Scan” button, it takes about 3-4 minutes, and then loads up a mostly blank page.

    I’ve disabled all active plugins and switched to the default theme, but this is still happening. I was able to get the plugins scan to work, but the HTML and WP-Content scans are coming up like this.

    Any thoughts?

    That weird that it stops loading the page before it even gets to the scanning. Maybe your server has output buffering turned on and it’s just not dumping the content in the buffer.

    Anyway, if it works on the plugins directory but not higher up directories then there could be a recursive symlink in your wp-content path that is causing it to build an infinite list of directories to be scanned. try setting the Scan Depth to a positive integer (like 6) to see if it will scan wp-content.
