Blank Screen, only on wp-admin functionality

Every time I submit anything when in the admin I get a blank screen.

i.e.

I add a new post and submit -> blank screen
I search for a post and click find -> blank screen
I update a page – > blank screen.

Everything works, post gets added, page gets updated, etc. but always that dang white blank screen.

Has anyone seen this? any ideas? any input is appreciated.

BTW – I have disabled all plug-ins and still get the same behavior.
