Blank screen on verify mobile

Hi,

When I receive a validation e-mail and click on it, it works fine in modern browsers on computers. On mobile I receive a blank screen on safari and chrome (ios 9.3.1) and doesn’t validate.

Is there a way to fix this for mobile users?
