Hi – I’ve just installed this plugin on my website (I’ve used it on other sites before) but for some reason, I’m not able to configure any of the settings or enable maintainence mode. On the settings screen, the plugin logo is displayed, as well as the menu to the left with basic, email, design etc, but there is no content in the main pane where the settings should be. Can you help?

Hi, it’s probably a conflict with another plugin. Try disabling ones you don’t usually use.

Hi – turns out it’s a conflict with a plugin that’s necessary for my theme – Colors Creative (Openmarco) Essentials. Is there anything that can be done from your end, or do I need to get support from them?

    Thanks

Unfortunately, that’s not a free plugin (as far as I can tell) so we can’t look deeper into the issue. What’s probably happening is them including their JS and CSS files on every single WP admin page. That’s clearly a bad practice and leads to this kind of situations. If they would load files only on pages where they need them it would probably fix this conflict.

Thanks WebFactory, I’ll pass that onto the plugin author.

Hi, same problem here. Sorry for re-opening a resolved topic. I have disabled all plugins but Minimal Comming Soon and activated the Twenty Seventeen theme. Initially the setup page works fine, but when I insert my Mailchimp api key, the page loads just like Connor described.

Do you have the latest version of MM? If so – contact support via the form in the plugin.
