Blank Screen on Log-In

    I have no idea what I can do. I am trying to update my website, but every time I try to log in to the admin page I get a blank screen. I don’t even get anything to write in username and password. I tried accessing it on another computer and even on firefox but the result is always the same – a blank page I can do nothing with. The website itself shows up – https://www.understandingourtimes.com. But, I cannot update it or even get into the admin page so I can fix whatever needs to be fixed. Please help – I don’t know what to do.

    Quick question with this. I had the same problem, but resolved it using these steps. Will I have the same problem if I reset the theme/template to the one I had been using that caused the problem?

    yes, unless you make it compatible by fixing the incompatible/broken theme/template.
