• Hi all,

I have few WordPress on my server (dedicated) and since few days I can’t acces to my dashboard only with WP version > 3 (older are ok).

So I have read a lot of things since few days and nothing works, a lot of fixes found on blogs, NOTHING.

    My problem :
    – I have the Login page, I put my login + pwd and I have blank screen.
    – Impossible to have the dashboard with Firefox or Chrome but ok with IE
    – Blank screen if I also try to use another page on admin instead of index.php

    My config :
    – PHP 5.3.6-6
    – Apache 2, MySQL 5
    – System : Debian

I have made a test with a new version, so thanks not to tell me to install new again or that it’s a problem with plugin. I have the default theme, no blank line or missing ?> tags at the end of file on functions.php or wp-config.php.

I have no problem with timezone, my PHP.ini have the correct configuration date.timezone = “Europe/Paris”.

So with all these informations I have no soluce. If it’s a problem with PHP 5.3 (I didn’t have these problems with 5.2), why I can access to the dashboard with IE ?

    Many thanks.

    F.

  • That sounds like a server problem. Have you checked the server’s error logs. FWIW, I’m running WP on PHP 5.3 without any problems.
